OUR STUDIO

At Eleven Pilates, we are committed to offering an authentic Pilates experience rooted in the classical method. Our studio embraces the original teachings of Joseph Pilates, honoring the system, technique and principles that have defined the method for decades.

Unlike many modern interpretations, we focus on private lessons and small class sizes to ensure every client receives personalized attention and develops a deep understanding of Pilates. In our studio, you’ll move with intention through a structured progression of exercises designed to strengthen the core, improve flexibility and cultivate mindful movement.

Every session incorporates use of traditional apparatus (Gratz/Pilates Designs), maintaining the integrity of the original practice while adapting to your individual needs. Whether you’re a beginner or an experienced student, we aim to empower you to move better and feel stronger.

OUR INSTRUCTORS

BELLA PONCE

Isabella is the granddaughter of Romana Kryzanowska, who alongside Joseph Pilates helped revolutionize Pilates to what it is today. Isabella started doing Pilates at the age of 3 and late become a professional ballet dancer. She then moved to Miami at 16 to dance for the Miami City Ballet. She completed her certification at age 19 and has been teaching Pilates in South Florida for the last four years.

OLIVIA OBREGON

Olivia was first comprehensively certified under contemporary methods, and quickly found classical pilates through mentors of Romana’s Pilates program. She fell in love with learning the proper foundation of the exercises, philosophies, and about original heritage of the method handed down from Joseph Pilates.

Olivia has carried this foundation with her, most recently using Pilates to rehab from arthroscopic hip surgery while apprenticing in Romana’s Pilates Instructor training program.
